Join AARP Illinois’ 45-minute virtual workout, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Blast: Ignite Your Fitness! Led by an instructor from SSP Wellness Center, this HIIT class offers a time-efficient exercise approach – short periods of more intense exercise alternating with periods of recovery – that has been proven to build muscle, regulate insulin, reduce fat and enhance heart function, benefiting people of all ages.
