About the Event
From the comfort of your home, take a break with our invigorating and relaxing online gentle yoga class on Wednesday, April 2nd, led by certified yoga instructor Cathy Arnault.
What to Expect:
- Start with soothing pranayama (meditative breathing)
- Progress through gentle seated warm-ups and warm-ups on hands and knees
- Transition to standing asanas (postures), focusing on gentle spinal movements and joint rotations
- Enjoy gentle stretching and strengthening exercises
- Conclude with a calming 5-minute savasana (rest) to integrate your practice
This class is designed for all levels, so listen to your body and do what feels right for you. All you need is a mat, a small blanket and water. Optional: yoga blocks and a strap for modifications. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
