Oh, the delicious aroma of fresh bread! That’s why you “knead” this cook-a-long class! Making homemade bread does not need to be complicated and it does not need to be baked in an oven. Chef Liz Barbour will take you through two easy bread recipes- English muffins and flour tortillas - that can be cooked on the stove in 15 minutes or less. To cook your English muffins during class, prepare your dough 24 hours in advance. Follow the instructions from the Bread in 5 Minutes A Day Master Recipe.
