Our "Get Fit" class is a fun and engaging way to kickstart your fitness journey! Tailored specifically for seniors, this beginner-friendly workout will incorporate a variety of exercises to boost your cardiovascular health, increase strength, and improve flexibility. You’ll need a set of light weights to enhance the strength-building portion of the class. With guidance from SSP Wellness Center instructors and in collaboration with AARP Illinois, this class is perfect for all ability levels and will leave you feeling confident and capable on your path to better health
