About the Event

Do you want to improve your balance? A key component of fitness, balance is an often-neglected practice. Performing balance-focused exercises can increase strength, flexibility, sensory awareness, reflexes and concentration.   

Senior Planet fitness instructor Sally Saenger will guide you through a 60-minute session filled with tips on how to improve your balance and increase stability. This class will include seated and standing exercises that specifically target your balance system. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
