About the Event
As we age, an active lifestyle and regular exercise can lead to better function of both body and brain.
Instructor Maria Amaya will introduce you to dance fitness in a 30-minute virtual workout for anyone who wants to gently and gradually increase their cardio function, mobility and balance and have fun with rhythm and movement at the same time.
