Join us for a 45-minute class featuring yoga positions, stretches and breathing techniques. Fitness moves incorporate light weights (optional) and yoga straps. Self-care techniques, such as hand and foot massages, are part of the fun.
The fusion of yoga and fitness helps develop upper and lower body muscle strength and eye and hand coordination, resulting in more vitality, improved posture and a sense of well-being. This class is great for beginners. Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regimen.
