About the Event
Our seated exercise class is designed to put everyone, regardless of experience or mobility level, on the road to greater mobility and fitness.
Guided by a skilled master instructor, you'll practice easy-to-follow gentle movements promoting flexibility along with strength-building exercises. Leave feeling empowered and refreshed — and part of a positive, supportive fitness community. No standing required!
