Explore the anatomy and function of your hips in this empowering four-part series designed to improve balance, mobility and pain management.
In this final session, we’ll bring together everything we’ve learned to deepen your understanding of your body and help you build lasting healthy movement patterns. With gentle, flow-inspired transitions, we’ll practice accessible exercises that support hip mobility, core strength and flexibility. Improve your daily function and lessen your pain!
The class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
