About the Event
Stay active at home with our fun, low-impact exercise classes every Wednesday in August. We’ll start with stretches, move into simple exercises that boost circulation and energy, and enjoy an energizing dance workout. Each session ends with a calming meditation.
This series is appropriate for all skill levels and aims to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and stronger after each class. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
