Whether you’re experiencing stiffness or discomfort, or want to improve mobility, we offer ways to feel more confident and comfortable.
With gentle stretches, strengthening exercises and mobility moves, we’ll help you build a foundation for keeping your hips and back healthy. This workshop suits all fitness levels and offers modifications to accommodate any range of motion.
