About the Event
Certified fitness instructor Krista Bonino leads this six-week functional fitness training program that works your entire body. These strength exercises will target the basic movements of daily life: pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, lunging and rotation. For this workout, all you need is your own body weight and a little room to move. You’ll engage your core, challenge your balance and try out different ways to “Get After It!”
