About the Event
Warm up with two hot beverages during this third and final cooking demonstration in our series, where we whip up delicious items that satisfy tastebuds without compromising your health.
Get in the holiday mode with our chef and historian Maite Gomez-Rejón by tracking the history of chocolate, the food of the gods—from a drink reserved for Mayan and Aztec nobility to a drink sipped by European aristocrats to the chocolate bar we know today.
If you’d like to make a delicious Aztec hot chocolate or champurrado or both, you can download a list of ingredients in advance.
