Join AARP Alaska for a four-part webinar series on steps you can take today to support your brain and bone health. In the second session, we’ll explore regular exercise as a way to take care of your brain.
Our brain relies on our body to help it function at its best. Some physical activities and movements can be especially helpful to cognitive health. Learn about beneficial physical activities to add to your weekly schedule that use little or no special equipment.
If you wish to follow along as instructor Sarah Lewis demonstrates exercises, comfortable clothes that allow movement, a sturdy chair and a carpet or a yoga mat will be helpful. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
