About the Event
Certified fitness instructor Shauni Hawkins will lead a virtual low-impact cardio and strength-training class for six weeks through February 20. Let’s get your heart rate up with low-impact aerobic exercises, and add strength and balance training for a fun and sweaty full body workout! We’ll finish with an energizing stretch so you’re ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Equipment needed: a chair and light/medium dumbbells or household items like canned food, water bottles, balls and throw pillows to provide resistance. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
