11:00am - 5k Fun Run, out and back course that starts and ends at Bent Paddle Brewing Co

Beer Olympics-style Fitness Challenges to follow, join one or all!

Plank Hold Challenge: longest hold with proper form wins

Grain Bag Carry Relay: test your grip and pass to your neighbor. Fastest team to complete the loop wins! Bag cannot touch the ground.

Beer Pong Distance Throw: sink the ball in the cup from the furthest distance to win

Pass the Pint: get a full pint of beer from one end of the table to the next without spilling, fastest team wins.
