About the Event
Certified fitness instructor, Krista Bonino, will lead a six week functional fitness program that works your entire body. The exercises will target basic functional movements of daily life: push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, rotation, and motion. All you need is your own body weight and a little room to move. You will engage your core, challenge your balance, and try out different ways to “Get After It!”
Equipment needed: Just your own body! Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
