Diabetes Support Group (Type 1 and Type 2)

For all those who are interested in learning more about managing their diabetes. Family, friends and care partners are welcome to participate as well.

This group offers guest speakers and a variety of educational topics.

Location

Unless otherwise noted, all non-virtual sessions will be held in the Augusta Community Care Building on the 1st floor.
