Cooking for Caregivers: Korean Family Meals

About the Event

AARP Illinois is hosting a virtual "Cooking for Caregivers" series aimed at providing caregivers with simple and delightful meal ideas to take the stress out of cooking.

In this class, enjoy a cooking demonstration on how to prepare two Korean dishes: Korean Bibimbap and Korean Sweet Potato Stir Fry (Japchae). Registered attendees will be provided recipes and new culinary skills as well as information on caregiver support & resources, underscoring AARP’s commitment to improving the lives of caregivers.
