About the Event
For those who took our beginning watercolor painting class or have previous experience, it’s time for the next level! This four-part series will share new techniques to build on those you already have and help you develop your own personal style. The lessons will provide patterns (no need to draw), and all sessions are recorded, so you can watch them anytime.
In this session, we will practice the negative painting technique: defining the subject by painting the background around it rather than painting the subject directly. This method creates a sense of depth and space and creates layers.
