This gentle form of physical activity and stretching allows for each posture to flow into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion to reduce stress and increase mobility. By signing up to participate in the Healthy Body Series: Let’s do Tai Chi! program to be held on August 7 through August 28 (“Program”), I agree that: this waiver of liability shall cover my participation in the Program for all of the 2024 calendar year and that I am physically capable of participating in the Program.
