About the Event

Learn to communicate with kindness and clarity using the guidance and practical tools in Nonviolent Communication by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg.

Each session of this weekly three-month curriculum, led by communication coach and qigong teacher Nate Guadagni, will include time for meditation, writing and practice in a friendly, supportive group. Join anytime!

Having Nonviolent Communication as a resource is recommended but not required.
