About the Event
Barre fitness combines ballet-inspired moves and elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength-training for a workout that is great for balance, posture and toning. Don’t worry; no ballet barre is needed! You can use the kitchen counter, the back of the sofa or a sturdy chair.
Senior Planet fitness instructor Andrea Hancock will guide you through a 60-minute workout. The goal is to increase your strength, improve your flexibility, and build a stronger core. Expect to sweat!
