Explore the anatomy and function of your hips in this empowering four-part series designed to improve balance, mobility, and pain management.
In the third class, we'll examine how our standing posture influences hip awareness and function. You’ll practice balance techniques to aid in fall prevention and strengthen your walking stride, and begin foundational hip stabilization exercises to enhance everyday movement.
Class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
