Join AARP New Mexico and Oasis for Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance. Improve your coordination, body awareness, lower body strength, and range of motion in this evidence-based program. Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 08/06/24-08/29/24. You ONLY need to register one time to participate in all 8 classes! We will be using the same Zoom link for all 8. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited, so register today!
