This session of our Holistic Wellness series will explore how a Pinky Ball and mindful movement can help relieve achy feet and hands.
About the Event
Gain a better understanding of the anatomy of your foot as you use a Pinky Ball and therapeutic movement to release fascia and engage the arches of your feet. This sequence is aimed at soothing achy feet and plantar fasciitis, and at finding more balance and stability and the possibility of greater movement. Perhaps you’ll even throw out those orthotics?
We’ll also explore how the Pinky Ball (see an example of one) can be a fabulous tool for caring for your hands. Much of the movement can be performed in a chair. Please consult a physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
