A joint virtual program with AARP Missouri and the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Missouri Chapter
Research tells us up to 40% of dementia cases could be delayed by healthy habits. This program will cover the latest recommendations on risk reduction, including cognitive activity, sleep and social engagement. Our presenter will do a deep dive on what we know about nutrition and exercise for maximum brain health.
