Want to improve your balance and feel more confident in daily activities? In this presentation, you’ll be guided through core exercises designed to boost stability, strength and posture.
We’ll go through movements standing, seated and on the floor, engaging key muscles that support balance. Modifications for all levels will be demonstrated. Bring a mat or towel for floor exercises.
