About the Event
Join licensed yoga instructor and AARP Virginia volunteer Belinda Todd for a virtual class on chair yoga.
Performing the gentle exercise of seated yoga poses and stretches makes the health benefits of yoga accessible to those not comfortable holding standing poses. Belinda describes yoga as a union of mind, body and soul that comes with a concentration on breath, meditation and mindfully connecting with the world around us.
Health benefits may include improved strength and flexibility and stress relief. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
