Deepen your connection with a spouse or friend by practicing qigong together.
About the Event
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice combining gentle movement, breathwork and meditation. The movements can help keep your joints lubricated and your body flexible and strong, reducing the risk of falls, as well as boost stamina and calm the mind.
In this Partner Qigong workshop, we’ll practice a series of exercises designed to be performed with a friend or spouse. Working together can help foster nonverbal communication, build trust, deepen intimacy and spark a joyful connection.
No prior experience is necessary! This workshop is led by Nate Guadagni, a qigong instructor with almost 20 years of experience working with seniors.
