About the Event
Our four-part “Caring for the Caregiver” workshop series, facilitated by counseling psychologist Migdalia Brathwaite, will deepen your knowledge of the caregiving journey and offer tips for caregivers on how to balance self-care and caregiving responsibilities. This third session will focus on recognizing the need for self-care, identifying stressors, and recognizing forgiveness as a self-care resource.
As an added benefit, you can take advantage of the opportunity for relationship-building with other family caregivers and potentially generate a caregiving tribe whose support extends beyond the sessions.
