The final session of our virtual tai chi classes based on the movements of five animals will review animal play and put all the movements together.
About the Event
Our five-part virtual tai chi series, taught by Tai Chi Ray, shares the core principles of tai chi and fundamental tai chi movements based on those of five animals: the tiger, deer, monkey, bear and crane. Each animal has two postures and forms and represents one or more parts of the five elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
In this final session, we will review the movements learned in Five Animal Play and put it all together to build an exercise routine. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
