The first session of our three-part series on ways to get fit, Let’s Get Fit: Mind over Matter, will address how to develop the proper mindset, skills and habits to achieve your fitness goals.
California-based personal trainer (and coach to celebrities) Damian Raibon will examine some of the most common fitness and nutrition myths that stop people from achieving optimal health, explore possible solutions and answer your questions. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
