The final session of our three-part series, Let’s Get Fit: 6 Exercises to Jumpstart Your Fitness, will showcase six basic exercises that designed to deliver maximum physical impact. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
In this series, California-based personal trainer (and coach to celebrities) Damian Raibon will examine some of the most common fitness and nutrition myths that stop people from achieving optimal health, explore possible solutions and answer your questions.
