About the Event
This introduction to canning will demonstrate an easy method of food preservation that can allow you and your family to enjoy the harvest from a farmer’s market, farm share or backyard garden year-round. Families that practice canning can prevent waste, lower their food bills and create healthy, chemical-free preserves that store for a long time.
