About the Event
Our virtual “Boost Your Brain and Body” series, presented by Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers Inc., explores how what’s good for the body is good for the brain.
In recognition of Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, we’re exploring Practices for Successful Aging. Besides helping us get stronger and more fit, for example, the benefits of physical activities like walking, yoga and tai chi can include helping us think, learn and problem-solve. Regular activity can also help improve memory and mood as well as lower the risk of cognitive decline.
