Join Robin Bush, a certified BoneFit™ trainer for an informative session aimed at strengthening the muscles around your bones.
Discover safe, deliberate weight-bearing exercises designed to strengthen muscles around your bones using long resistance ribbon or tube bands. Improve posture, balance, and agility to reduce the risk of falls with exercises including standing and seated options. Floor stretches will be available at the end of each session (non-floor options also provided).
Recommended supplies include a resistance band and light weights. Home-made options can work, such as a canned good could make a light weight and an old bra or elastic belt might function as a resistance band.
How to Join
