About the Event
This regular 45-minute virtual workshop on resilience offers a safe space for learning and sharing. The goal is to develop resilience strategies and coping skills to help you handle life’s challenges, bounce back from disappointments and boost overall wellness. Easing social isolation through fellowship and connection can strengthen resiliency, for example.
In June, we’ll focus on understanding the neuroscience of changing habits. This session will delve into action planning and goal setting to rewire the brain's pathways effectively.
These gatherings are about supportive small group discussion; cameras are always optional.
