Join AARP Delaware for a gentle virtual yoga class designed to energize and help you experience yoga’s benefits, both physical and mental. It’s all part of AARP’s goal to help you take on today and live your best life.
Our yoga trainer will lead you through gentle yet invigorating yoga poses and stretches that can help you increase strength, balance and flexibility. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
