This “Webinar Wednesday” presentation features Brian Koehler of Mystic Seaport Museum’s Treworgy Planetarium, who will discuss the rich heritage of wayfinding by early skilled Polynesian navigators. We’ll explore how the wayfinders harnessed the stars and other signs of nature to guide their oceanic voyages.
This program is a celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and the incredible maritime traditions of the Pacific.
