Get fit and have fun in this home Zumba workout series! AARP Texas and FitMix Communities invite caregivers and everyone interested in getting a great workout - and having a great time - to join these virtual Zumba classes.
Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves set to Latin and World rhythms for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. These total workout classes combine cardio, muscle conditioning and balance and flexibility moves. Let the rhythms take over and dare to get fit! Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events and complete a liability waiver. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with a Zoom link before class.
