Improving balance and mobility is especially important as we age if we want to maintain independence and avoid falls.
About the Event
This free series of 45-minute virtual mobility classes runs Mondays and Wednesdays from April 15 through May 8. It’s great for beginners, and no equipment is needed.
The focus is on improving flexibility, muscle strength, coordination, balance and heart health, with a goal of enhancing performance of your daily activities. Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events, and complete a waiver of liability. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
