Take a proactive step towards a healthier you in a five-part series of virtual tai chi classes based on the movements of five animals.
About the Event
Our five-part virtual tai chi series, taught by Tai Chi Ray, will create a supportive environment for you to learn the core principles of tai chi, a gentle exercise that helps improve flexibility and strength.
You will be guided to reconnect with your body parts and work on fundamental tai chi movements based on those of five animals: the tiger, deer, bear, monkey and crane. Experience the healing power of tai chi!
The first session will review the fundamentals of tai chi and preview the principles of tai chi five animal play. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
