About the Event
Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your practice, this 45-minute virtual class on mindful meditation, led by an instructor from SSP Wellness Center, will help you cultivate awareness of the present moment through focused attention on your breath. A regular meditation practice provides a serene space to nurture your mental well-being and promotes kindness toward yourself and others.
