About the Event
Lean in to our one-hour, low-impact Mobility Mondays workout blending dance principles and yoga methods designed to increase mobility and flexibility.
The workout begins seated in a chair and leads to standing movements for those comfortable performing them. The exercises can be moderated for all body types and abilities. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise routine.
How to Join
Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events, and complete a liability waiver. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
