Your Home Public Library collects and organizes materials and provides services to support the educational, recreational, professional, civic, and cultural needs of community residents. Emphasis is placed on supporting students at all academic levels, including the independent learner, and on stimulating young children’s interest and appreciation for reading and learning.

Your Home Public Library in Johnson City, NY has been providing library services to the area since 1917.
YHPL offers free library services to the community. Materials available for checkout include books, music, DVD's, and magazines. YHPL has internet-capable computers available for its patrons as well as free WiFi.
