The final class of our virtual Asian cooking series will explore the different Thai curries and feature a tasty yellow curry loaded with veggies.
About the Event
One of three major curry types in Thailand is the famous yellow curry. In this cooking workshop focused on Asian cuisine, we’ll prepare a delicious, vegetable-loaded Yellow Thai Curry in a creamy and slightly sweet sauce made with coconut milk.
It’s a one-pot vegan dish that is super versatile, and can be made with your favorite vegetables and proteins. Serve it with jasmine rice for a filling complete meal. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
