The Sweden Senior Center is committed to providing quality programs for seniors and serving as a community resource for aging issues.
In a caring atmosphere, we support independence, personal growth and community involvement.
Located in a modern facility alongside the Erie Canal at 133 State Street in Brockport, NY
A nutritious meal is served Monday through Friday at 12:00 noon. Advanced reservations are required and can be accomplished by calling the Center
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9-3; and Wednesday 9-4.
