The Thomas M. Menino YMCA is located in Hyde Park and has been serving Jamaica Plain, Milton and Mattapan since 1896. Today, the YMCA is one of the community’s leading social service providers. This facility is fully renovated and features a 6-lane, 25 yard lap pool.
- Youth Development – Over 2,200 individuals learn the life-saving skill of swimming each year.
- Healthy Living – 8,400 adults and youth receive the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve better health and well-being by being a member of our Y.
- Social Responsibility – We ensure that our programs are accessible to all by providing $251,000 in financial assistance each year to our programs and services.
