Walk With A Doc at Teglia's Paradise Park

Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. 

Join AARP Nevada and Dr. Ellia Ciammaichella as we take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. It’s a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking. 

Note:

• Please check in with an AARP volunteer wearing an AARP Badge at “Parking lot" of the Teglia's Paradise Park Activity Center. 
• Please do not be late; our walkers will start walking at 8a.m. sharp. 
• Our team walks around the park 1- 2 times. 
• You can choose to walk at your own pace and choose your distance. 
• Please bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
